The scraper sterilization machine is mainly composed of 4 horizontal scraper heat exchangers, 2 of which are used for heating and 2 of which are used for cooling. Superheated water is used as the heating media: the steam of the customer's factory passes through a plate heat exchanger as a heating device to heat the soft water of the media layer of the scraper heat exchanger. Then by a hot-water circulation pump, the hot water circulates in the closed system that is composed of the media layers of the two heating scraper heat exchangers, so as to heat the materials. The other two exchangers use ice water as the media to cool the material to the desired temperature.

 

You can connect the pipes of materials and the medium respectively according to the instruction of the PID flow chart. Besides the main machine, the complete set of equipment also includes auxiliary equipment like the screw pump for materials, cleaning tank, steam hot water system, ice water system and electrical control cabinet, pipes etc., which can be assembled on the same platform to the convenient of transportation and installation.

 

The combination of scraper heat exchangers is made as per the end users requirements of production process. In brief, the product to be treated is delivered into the scraper heat exchanger by the product pump. After preheating and sterilization treatment in the first and second heat exchanger, the sterilized materials get into the holding tube for temperature holding and then get into the 3rd and 4th heat exchanger and cooled to the temperature to exit. Materials not well sterilized at required heating temperature will be controlled by the reflux judgment valve and get back to the screw pump upper square funnel for a repeat sterilization treatment. The pipes and valves connecting the sterilization machine are to be installed by the user.

 

The electrical control system of the complete set of equipment is controlled by the automatic temperature controller and recorder in the electrical cabinet. The advanced PLC program controller and touch screen are used for the semi-automatic control of the equipment.

 

To achieve and keep high and reliable working performance of the equipment, it depends not only the perfect combination of the equipment and control system but also experienced workers professional operation and supply of high quality steam, cooling media and compressed air. High-tech automation equipment should be operated by people and running of the equipment is affected by changes of pressure, temperature and flow of the mediums. Therefore, end users of this equipment should prepare and provide all the conditions to guarantee stable working of the equipment.
