Ftherm T series scraped surface heat exchanger

The Ftherm Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger (SSHE) is commonly utilized in aseptic processing of foodstuffs. These heat exchangers are preferred because of their capability to process heat-sensitive, viscous, or particulate-laden products, enhance the heat transfer of viscous products, and minimize the extent of burn-on, or fouling on the heat transfer surface.

 

Models and Options

The Ftherm Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger is available in a range from 0.5 m² up to and including 7.0 m² for capacities ranging from 100 ltr/hr up to a capacity of 10.000 ltr/hr per unit. The three biggest advantages of the Ftherm Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger are:

When your process demands heating and cooling. The Ftherm can Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger Seriesbe linked together in series to provide a continuous process that provides both heating and cooling inline or provide 2 steps of cooling to achieve product with high Delta T (temperature difference from start to completion).
