Job Description: 

Project Test Engineer for Ftherm Scraped surface heat exchanger 3D products. Responsibilities include: Create design new project test plans to qualify the contents of project requirements and functional specifications. Design test cases listed in the project test plan. Conduct Pre Integration testing Post Integration testing of projects and sign-off on time Perform system level testing during FPV and SLED tests Develop knowledge and become technical expert for one or more CAE products. Design and implement new training courses and tutorials for fellow testers or documentation persons. Ensure that Code Coverage Analysis techniques are used to validate the completeness of all of the project testing performed. Improve test specifications by analyzing the root causes of technical issues and develop testing solutions for those root causes. Create and apply new approaches as necessary to improve the productivity and efficiency of testing. Acquire customer inputs for project testing purposes. Work with minimal supervision on complex projects with latitude for independent judgment. Broad skill set with extensive proficiency across multiple product lines.

 Required Minimum Masters degree or Bachelors degree with more years of working experience in Mechanics Food or Computer Engineering CAD CAE software experience required Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis theory required Moderate level of experience using MS Windows required Good written and verbal English skills Preferred Experience of testing an engineering software is a plus Experience of using NX Simcenter 3D products is a plus Experience of using Finite Element solvers or Boundary Element solvers is a plus Experience of using Nastran SAMCEF is a plus Moderate level of experience using UNIX or Linux is a plus Ability to solve complex issues using analytical skills Ability to balance simultaneously product testing work with project testing work Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and Effectively
